Updating & Cancellation Policy

At Awe Hair, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order or shipping address. If you need to modify your order or shipping details, please email us at care@awehair.com within 24 hours of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made, as our order processing begins as soon as we receive your order.

If you need to cancel your order, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, but we issue store credit instead of a refund. During a sale event, no cancellations will be made to take advantage of the sale pricing. Store credit can be processed after the sale ends.

Please note the following policies during a sale:

  • No cancellations or changes will be made to orders placed under the sale.
  • No returns or exchanges are valid for items purchased on sale.
  • No previous orders will be canceled to avail the sale.
