Shipping And Delivery Timeline: 
Processing your order typically takes 1-5 business days, while clip-in sets and volumizers may require 3-4 weeks. Delivery is done within 5 days of shipping. 

We provide free shipping across India on all orders. All of the packages are shipped out from our office in Kolkata WB, India.

We maintain full control over the products we offer. Each hair item undergoes multiple quality checks to minimize the likelihood of returns.

Processing your order typically takes 1-5 business days, while clip-in sets and volumizers may require 3-4 weeks (For correct processing time, refer to the respective product page). We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Although we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, we continue to process orders on Saturdays to serve you better. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Please be aware that providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or having unverified details associated with your order, may result in an additional 1-2 business days of processing time for your Awe Hair purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing information before completing the checkout process to prevent any unnecessary delays.

Shipping Policy

At Awe Hair, we utilize express shipping to deliver our packages. Standard orders typically take 1-2 weeks to process, while clip-in sets and volumizers may require 3-4 weeks. International orders generally demand a processing time of 4-6 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Please note that if a domestic shipment is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete shipping details, or parcel rejection by the customer, a ₹200 deduction will be applied, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any updates regarding your shipment.

International Shipping

We’re thrilled to offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the entered address is correct and contains all the necessary information for a successful delivery. As Awe Hair processes orders swiftly, it can be challenging to cancel or modify an order within a short time frame. If you wish to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at care@awehair.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made.

Delivered But Not Delivered

Every order dispatched from Awe Hair includes a tracking number. In the event that the tracking information indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with your local courier services to help investigate the issue. Unfortunately, Awe Hair cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information confirms delivery to the specified order address.
